1. Scope
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how LumaNavi LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use Brinley Encore™ (“Encore,” the “Service”) at encore.brinleyatlas.com and related applications.
Encore is a creator analytics product. It helps you understand how your content performs across connected platforms. This Policy applies to the Service only — not to other LumaNavi products, each of which maintains its own policy where applicable.
2. Information We Collect
Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials managed through our auth provider.
Platform connection data. When you connect a social platform (such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, or Bluesky), we receive account identifiers, access tokens, and analytics data authorized by you through that platform’s OAuth or API permissions. We sync content metadata and performance metrics needed to provide resonance analytics — not private messages or data outside the scopes you approve.
Creator content and analytics. We store content titles, publish dates, platform identifiers, analytics snapshots, and Compass direction tags you assign. If you use Studio generation features, we store drafts and generation inputs you provide.
Technical data. We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) to operate and secure the Service.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, and improve Encore; sync analytics from connected platforms; authenticate your account; respond to support requests; detect abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that help us operate Encore (hosting, database, email, authentication) under contractual confidentiality obligations. When you connect a third-party platform, Encore communicates with that platform’s API using credentials you authorize — governed by that platform’s terms as well as this Policy.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain account and analytics data while your account is active. You may request account deletion from Settings; deletion removes your creator data from Encore subject to backup retention windows and legal holds. Platform tokens are revoked on disconnect or account deletion.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact hello@lumanavi.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a creator analytics service, including encrypted transport and scoped access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
8. Children
Encore is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy prospectively. The “Last revised” date will change, and material changes will be communicated as required before they take effect.
